Happened to us too! It maybe time for a class action lawsuit against TESLA

They will not get back to us!!! We have called, emailed, and even texted! When we did get someone on the phone they said they would have someone reach out to us. It never happened!!

UPDATE- No one from Tesla will get back to us. The body shop that they recommended can't get the parts.They sent us an email they got from Tesla saying they are backlogged weeks. Our car insurance only allowed a rental for 30 days, so we are now paying out of pocket for at least a month for...

Don't buy one!!! Run from TESLA! They are now saying it will be the end of Feb hopefully before they can get the parts in to fix it. Keep in mind we are paying for a rental at our expense/

No Tesla said this was not an issue that they knew about, so we had our insurance company take care of it.

We picked this car up the end of September. It was our second one. When we picked up our first one the paint job was all scratched and had air bubbles. They said it would take months to get a new one. # days later we got a call there was one ready to pick up!! Now we know why.

Those are the only pictures the body shop sent us. Tesla of course said they had never heard of this issue, so we called our auto insurance.

The water was just a few inches. More than what was pictured came off.
