It sounded like (from 1-2 weeks ago) PG&E is repeatedly missing their appointment. I think it's quite possible no one knows when it will open, not even PG&E!
I called the Tesla store just now and they said that due to the weather last week, PG&E wasn't able to inspect the chargers and turn it on. The current estimate now is at the end of this week.
