Model X not “shutting down”

2020.4.1 trying to contact an IP address in Germany ?
Just noticed this morning that our Tesla Model X running 2020.4.1 is frantically trying to contact 138.201.64.208 (apparently a web hosting company called Hetzner Online GmbH). Has anyone seen this before and knows why? I am assuming it's the latest firmware update but that's just a guess...- npvisual
