I have EAP on mine and have decided to keep it that way. Will consider FSD on my next Tesla whenever that may be, surely by then (hopefully not premature due to total accident) the tech will actually be available and well baked

Not really, the only complication is the thickness of the wire so it may take some strong hands to rotate. Just make sure you flip the breaker prior to doing this.

Heating the battery makes sense if that's where the extra consumption is coming from. My 14-50 plug is actually < 25' from my panel. I'll be installing the wall charger in it's place as soon as it comes in.

You're right, it's $4900 total because I purchased EAP with it which is why i said "same configuration". Hopefully Tesla/Elon will throw us recent purchasers a bone and offer a price difference refund or hook us up with FSD. They did it recently with the performance model purchasers, only time...

I currently pay for family premium membership on Spotify and will continue to do so. No plans to upgrade slacker or other music service. To me, Spotify is top notch and worth waiting for Tesla integration.

There are always many factors, such as deductible selections, coverage amounts, multi policy discounts etc... I’m very happy with my auto rates with them. Between our two vehicles, we pay $1200 a year for pretty good coverage. We have auto, home, and life policies with them.

It wasn’t incredible, it was about $35yr. Better than $0! With my current electric rates, that equates to 6 full charges :)

Would you consider $50 a month a high premium for an M3?

I have Liberty Mutual and they offer an Alternative Energy discount. Along with the security features of the M3, my premium from a ‘17 Honda Accord Touring did not go up a penny.

Well they fixed the trim and it looks great now! Unfortunately they messed up the pillar camera while doing this and now my autopilot is out of wack, headed back in tomorrow...

$1600 is better than what they offered me when I toyed with the idea of buying a demo with similar mileage. I think they were only giving around $500 off, this was last week. I purchased new instead. Figured since I was dropping some major coin on this car I may as well get brand new.

I picked up my white long range M3 over the weekend and love it! The only cosmetic issue was the window trim in the rear passenger seat wasn’t fitted well, so they’re replacing that right now. Sitting in service waiting room having some coffee at the moment.

Thanks! Do you just throw it on your dash when using it? I'd rather not have it on my windshield permanently.
