IKON Motorsports Front Lip for Model 3: A Review

I painted mine myself. It’s quite some work. Sanding, Polyvance Super Prep to remove the mold release agent, plastic primer, primer and filler, sanding, base coat, and then 2k clear coat.

IKON Motorsports Front Lip for Model 3: A Review

I haven’t installed mine yet. I chrome deleted one of my mirrors last weekend and still have to do the other one. The lip is next on my list. PP is a Low Surface Energy plastic and his hard to wrap. Even paint won’t stick if you don’t prep it right. I’m debating to paint it gloss black and then...

IKON Motorsports Front Lip for Model 3: A Review

For those who installed the PP version. Did you place the 3M tape at the very edge to the top or run it within the channel? I was going to wrap mine either in gloss carbon or gloss black. My spoiler and side blinker covers are gloss carbon. Carbon would most likely hide imperfections or minor...

Is a set of the XT910 per brake or for the complete front? Shop description doesn’t mention this.

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

They will poke out 24.4 mm more than the oem wheels. I would say that’s too much if 20 mm spacers are already flush.

Nope. Not lowered yet. Only V2 of the OEM suspension.

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I had my wheels installed today. 305forged performance wheels in 20x9 with a 32 offset. They come out 14.4 mm more than stock. Honestly, I wouldn’t go further out than this. They weigh about 23.5 - 24 lbs. That’s about right compared to other flow forged rims. I’m running the General G-Max AS-05...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I ordered the same ones in 20x9 ET 32. They weigh about 23.5 - 24 lbs and require hub rings 73.1 OD > 64.1 ID. My should be installed either on the weekend or early next week.
