Anyone upgrade to 2024.3.6 yet?

We use the MyQ in our two cars. (One MyQ Subscription pays for both vehicles. So, it is somewhat more cost effective.) But we have existing remotes in the car, in very rare case of need for a quick backup.

Have owned three teslas, and swear by the difference made by putting light colored ceramic on the front window. Had XPEL Prime XR Blue 80%, and it visually looks transparent. The difference in heat felt through the windshield is extremely noticeable. I've never placed tint on roof panels...

Updated to the same in my '23 ModelY LR (2024.2.2.1) on 2/8, and have had no issues.

My install was similarly as inconvenient. But I’m not as young, flexible, and savvy as the average DIY’er. It’s not a dealbreaker. But it’s good to set fair expectations for the amateur installers.

It’s also the same issue I have with the Performance model.

I wish there was a software toggle, to put it in “Normal” Mode, to mediate the extremes between chill and stolen car banshee. Lol

Same situation, here. Wife and I bought a Modely Y in 1/23, and have no form in Documents. Bought a Model Y on 12/23 and have the form in Documents.

I have said document appearing today, from a vehicle I took delivery 1 week ago. I'm waiting for the same to appear in the documents of a Model Y we purchased in January '23.

Generally speaking, you SHOULD wait. But some “gamble” and update the incremental bug fix updates, like the present one (ie. 2023.12.5 to 2023.12.9). Personally… I think one should wait, unless you are having another non-related software issue, the update would fix.

Changed driver profile, let car sit 2 hours, and then changed back to offending profile. Seemingly fixed.

It is also only this way, on my main networked user profile. No other profile on my car has this behavior.

I’ve soft and hard reset, along with updating to 23.12.9. Nothing helps…

I wonder if the “throttle” mapping is the same as the performance.

I’m on the stock 19” Gemini wheels. My wife is the primary driver, and always drives in Chill Mode. It’s still the same as before, in Chill Mode.

In terms of performance: Oh, boy! Most certainly! It’s a pain for a novice to install. But that first pull makes it soooo worth it.

I got done reassembling, and neglected to replace to foam block.

Austin 1/23 build. Extra t20 holding in top dash trim. T30 torx instead of t10 socket. Foam block in front of computer as well. (That’s where I’m at.)

In the "Big Oopsie" that Tesla had, leaking possible Supercharger locations. The location was 150 Goodman Rd W Southaven, MS 38671.

Maybe a revealed code, in the Supercharger info, listed in the Tesla Navigation. Or, free parking for 1 hour. Just guessing.

Had my windshield replaced today, producing same effect. 12v disconnect was done, upon return to windshield installer (Tesla certified collision facility), and problem was fixed. (March 2019 Model 3 SR+, software 2021.32.10)

Supercharger was up yesterday, in a limited capacity. Only a few units, with limited power. I charged for a few minutes at 60-70kW. it shouldn’t be long now, until it is fully enabled.

From the look of it today, much sooner than that.

Took some pictures today. In a parking lot shared with Academy Sporting goods, Outback Steakhouse, and Twin Peaks restaurant. I’ve also have it highlighted in red, on this map.

On the paperwork I got from the collision center, when I was given my car, there was an item for new OEM battery installed on my car. Not refurbished. Not used. New. This is why I asked.

After Collision, 34k mile SR+ Battery replaced. Should I have better rated range? I had a single vehicle collision, with a road laying compact spare tire, resulting in battery loss (along with extensive structural damage). The structural damage was repaired by a third party collision center, but...

Update: While the insurance company had the 75kwh battery in the estimate paperwork, the repair facility assured me the proper part is tied to the VIN, and I would indeed get the proper sized battery for my SR+. Oh well... No fault in dreaming for an insurance company financed increase in...

Of course I’ve contacted the repair facility, and warned of this error.

My impetus for replying to thus thread, is that the insurance estimate has a 75 Battery in the paperwork. My conundrum, let the process play out, and possibly have a larger capacity battery?

A spare tire/wheel suddenly appeared on an interstate. Straddling it caused it to take out the underneath components.

My SR+ is having to have its battery replaced, due to accident. Wondering is LR battery can take its place...

Maybe they should throw it in, if you buy the Seated Heat Upgrade...

I'm at 23.5k miles, and my SR+ has "suffered" a 4.24% capacity loss, over its 10 month usage.

I have stopped at McComb once, and Hattiesburg three times. Free all three times, for my M3 SR+. I fully expect this to normalize, shortly. ;-)

I'm not expecting to have any upgrade options, with V10. I expect Tesla to allocate their resources for useful features, like Flaming Fart Easter Eggs, or 1st person shooter, Supercharger Road Rage games.

Any bets, it won't be available for the Model 3 SR/SR+ crowd?

I've sampled Premium Audio, and own a SR+ with Upgraded Audio. The SR+ is merely adequate, but not spectacular. THe Premium Audio is fantastic, for a stock setup. If you can FIND a MidRange, that would be your best bet, as suggested above. Outside of that, if finances aren't a primary concern...
