Tesla need to do better with pull-in or pull through spaces at their supercharger stations. Tesla have been planning a truck for several years but have not put many trailer friendly spaces out there. Tesla do much better in this regard in Europe, not sure why the US dos not have more trailer...

There may well be reduce charging for some reason. However since its not possible to navigate to the site its possible the battery was simply too cool. It has been kinda chilly lately. It's often cool around Earth Day as is the case again this year. Some "creative parking" there ;-)

It's takinga lot longer than normal. I did get a successful charge there the other day. My guess is they will wait until the last stall has been upgraded to NACS and then put the site on navigation/app.

I called by again today (Friday 4/12). The Tesla tech was at the station again and I spoke with him The communications problems are all resolved. He is now busy replacing hardware in the stalls to upgrade them to be "NACS Compatible" to support non Tesla vehicles. Tesla sent 6 upgrade kits...

An alternative is Dickerson Pike. Just 15 mins away.

Called by Friday 4/5 at 6pm. The same tech who was at the site last Friday was working on the cabinets. He has replaced additional hardware but was still having issues making the cabinets communicate successfully. The saga continues....

Called by today. No dice. When I drove by yesterday at 4:30 the tech was still working on the cabinets and there was a second service vehicle, he must have called for reinforcements. Looks like they didn't get it fixed.

Seeing reports on FB that this station is open. Is anyone seeing this site on their app or can confirm this report?

Went by today and there was a tech working on the cabinets. He said that because the equipment sat for so long on site before being powered up there are multiple communication errors some of which are due to out of date software in the cabinet. He had his laptop hooked up and was upgrading the...

I went by Sunday afternoon. No dice. I'll go by again later this week. Not sure what the delay is.

Went by this evening. Stalls are off but the repairs appear complete. I suppose we have to wait for it to be turned up. The techs must have told me what I wanted to hear.

Went by today and there are two techs replacing the bad cables and all things being equal they said the site should go live later today. Watch your apps for it to come online. I may call by later after they have left to see if it's online or not.

Went by today. The caution tape is drooping in the rain. Still no replacement cables. This is a sad site.

Took a closer look today. The two stalls that are missing their cables have had the cables cut off. My best guess is that this is theft or vandalism that occured while the equipment was onsite for over a year. There was a period of time when the fencing was not secure. Goodness.

The first NEVI funded site in Kentucky went in with CCS plugs with a promise to put NACS in "later this year". Sigh.

Called by Saturday and two stalls are still missing their charging cables. This site is fated.

I see Hendersonville NC did beat us to opening first. They opened earlier this month and got the 12 stalls originally planned. EV Dave will have somewhere close to home to charge at.

Drove by today and saw that the yellow caution tape is still up. I also noticed two stalls don't have a charge cable. If you look closely at my last photos you'll see two stalls sans charging cable. I suppose we'll have to wait for Tesla to supply the missing charging cables prior to turning up...

I wish Tesla would take care of some of these old locations. I came across the same problem at Amarillo TX at an 8 stall V2 station at a Holiday Inn we stayed at. It simply wasn't possible to stow the cables and several were left laying on the ground.

The transformer is energized, makes a satisfying buzzing noise, its rated at 750 KVA. Parking bays are stripped and finished. We even get some nice looking trash cans. Waiting for commissioning. Could be any day now. This is clearly a seven stall site. Maybe now is the time to update the...

Went by this morning. The NES truck and crew are still at the site. Clearly something is up with the transformer install. Maybe it takes a while to commision it. Two days seems like a long time.

I went by today and there was a trailer with what looked like a replacement transformer. If they are swapping the transformer that will make Friday less likely. I'll go by tomorrow to see how it looks. The cosmetics of restriping the bay bays has yet to be done. Depends when that crew is lined...

The Transformer is installed and the crew are finishing up the electrical install today. Spoke with the crew chief. Final inspection this week with commissioning to follow. All that is left to do is pressure washing and repainting the parking bays, he has a company lined up to do cosmetic work...

The transformer slab has been poured. Trenching is complete. Its just a question of finishing the build and hooking everything up prior to the transformer arrival.

No idea where the transformer will go, we'll find out soon enough when they pour the slab for it.

Progress!! Trenching has started at the Hendersonville SuC location. Maybe it will be done by Christmas!?! Three diggers were active at once good to see a crew actively working this site.

There are multiple parties involved and if those parties can't all agree on a solution for one reason or another then the process will stall.

Let's hope they don't delay too long and the city puts a Tree Preservation Order on the tree ;-)

Sorry. There's not a snowball's chance in hell of it being open by Thanksgiving. Absolutely no progress. The weeds have stopped growing, only because it's colder. I wish Tesla would abandon this site and put it in the Bojangles parking lot. Their parking lot is a decent size and is half empty...

Construction is complete. Looks like they are waiting on electrical to be turned up. The Level 2's have no power either. All 16 stalls have no lights.

I just checked my app and it is NOT listed as an open supercharger. It would be prudent to plan to charge elsewhere in the Nashville area.

Sure. However the OP's point is that the comment came over as booing rather than cheering an opening announcement. 'Woe is me' proclamations aren't a strong affirmation. At least that's the way I read it.

Mount Juliet, just the other side of the lake from me has 11 stalls as well. Tennessee is vying for the most oddball number of supercharger stalls ;-)

I just noticed that my vehicle is registering a VCRIGHT_a138_hvacRHBleedFault each time it is driven. This is in the service menu, nothing on the main display outside of the service menu. I will put a service issue in the app and will ask if this needs attention or not.

Finally more progress. Equipment and additional fencing has been placed in the next parking row. Presumably the transformer is going to be on the end of the adjacent parking row which will mean trenching across to the stalls and equipment already in place. The conduits look pretty beefy and lots...
