    No difference at all. It's the same program. I'm going to call Tesla tomorrow to see why it's not showing on my app. Eversource says I'm enrolled in the program. Thanks for confirming!

    Do you happen to be in New England? I have Eversource as my power company and I recently (month or so ago) enrolled in Connected Solutions. However, I don't see the VPP settings in my app yet.

    My installer is working directly with Tesla support to try and resolve the issue since they have several customers who complained during a recent outage.     Thanks. I checked this out. During a simulated outage while producing solar with a battery charge of 78%, my frequency was 65.94. When I have grid power, it's 60. I chatted again with my installer and they said Tesla will fix this issue in their next software release. Currently I'm on 1.32.0

    Today, my installer contacted me to test out a simulated grid outage. My installer has another client who is experiencing the same issue mentioned here. They wanted to test with me to see if they get the same results. Tesla is claiming the low temp issue too. In my testing, I too was not able to...
