This appears to be related to homeowners associations/homes, not apartments. Cal. Civ. Code 1947.6, which is the main EV charging provision, was amended and has been in effect since the same time as this provision (January 1, 2019). This does not overrule/supersede that provision.

Unless my math is off, seems like for $1.66/day, driving 30 miles, I'm essentially paying $0.23/KWh 325 miles gives you 75KWh (full size of battery pack). Then 30 miles should equal around 7KWh used per day. 7KWh used per day for $1.66 equates to $0.23/KWh.

Don't think order date really matters match as they are produced in batches. Location and configs will be more important. I placed my order on 2/28 and haven't heard a peep.

Idk what forums you're referring to, but not aware of any LR RWD 2019 vins having been assigned.

So based on the movement in this forum, it was first SR+s who got vins assigned and then P3s (trickling in now). Knowing our luck, I wouldn’t be surprised if the next set of vins were for LR AWDs.

Yet, another example of how no one at Tesla (at least those we can reach) has any idea about production/delivery schedules. Having said that, I sincerely hope this rep is right.
