It won’t let you do it through the app for some reason. The app tells you to call the phone number. And I was also on hold today for over an hour.

Just received a text saying “We have reached out to our documents team to ask them to adjust the fees on your order and this should be adjusted over the next couple hours. We have also sent your trade in for final approval from our trade in team so we can generate that MVPA.” Still no FSD...

Things started moving a bit faster once I had a date scheduled. Seems they’re not bothering with transfers until about 1-3 days prior to delivery

Anyone get a premature “payment complete” on their account with a negative balance? I haven’t received a trade in offer, had FSD subtracted, or filled out the loan application yet and it already closed the payment tab as complete. Delivery is Saturday.

This morning my account says payment complete with a -$20k balance but I haven’t changed anything as I’m still waiting on trade in offer and subtraction if the $15kFSD charge to finalize the loan application. What gives?

Just finished with retrofit. I’m seeing cones but not stoplights and stop signs. The car was driven 11 miles during service and another 6 miles home. How long does calibration take before you see anything. Sales advisor didn’t say.

Took delivery recently in CA. We get temp tags now with letters/numbers on it.

My humble advice would be to be cool with the delivery folks. They want to deliver you a car and while you may not get the software, they can comp lots of upgrades to make up for it. I stayed until I was happy with the bottom line.

Taking delivery Friday. VIN is accounted for. Now just trying to get ducks in a row. I was suspecting that since they didn't put these AP/FSD upgrades in the order agreement or anywhere on the account that it was going to get passed over before delivery.

if you placed your model 3 order before the 2/28 price drop and have taken delivery, did you received the AP package or FSD upgrade that was promised to offset the price drop? I had to send someone a copy of my email from Tesla support to prove I should be getting it.

Thread bump to note - according to an employee at CarMax today, CarMax will start selling used Tesla’s in about a month. There’s a trial of selling used Tesla’s in Irvine right now and they plan to expand soon. Good news for those who are looking for a deal on something used.

Goodness don't say that! I see @pdsantos12 has a delivery date above for a white/white. I specifically asked the Tesla employee who called me yesterday if there were any issues with the white interiors and she said no it was just a popular choice so it could take a little longer.

Yes $3k to upgrade minus $2k comped white paint. Now let’s just hope the car is in good shape when it gets here.

Just got my call too finally. I'm upgrading to LR RWD for $1000 (free white paint, free AP as promised previously). She says I should be at the front of the list since I've waited so long (2/7 MR order). I'm a happy camper!
