Will Tesla even perform this TSB on out-of-warrany cars? My car is now 6 months past warranty, but has had the half shafts done 2 times in the past 2 years.

I did get the Model 3 loaner so that's cool. It installed the mobile connector from my car to the wall to power it. My MX is on the HPWC though.

Tesla called me today and told me my Monday 11:30am wasn't going to work - truck is now coming Monday morning. They pushed me to 2:30pm. Will see how it plays out.

They told me someone had the loaner Tesla reserved! LOL. Giving me a damn Camry they said. I'm driving mine straight there Monday morning. They will have it until "late Thursday or Friday morning" since I'm doing full frontal PPF, tint, and ceramic coating.

The lady there emailed me that the truck comes in on Sunday for mine. Guess I'm making a Sunday run. Pickup is Monday morning and I drive it immediately 7 miles to Indy Clear Bra for full frontal xpel wrap, xpel tint, and ceramic coating. Supposedly I'm getting it back Thursday or Friday.

From what I've seen from the MY and M3 heated wheel threads you have to wait until the next update to get the newest firmware.

Is your going through Chicago too? That's what my local SA said, it's on truck to Chicago. Once it reaches there is when they'll setup delivery.

I did not send anything other than an email to my SA saying bank sent payment. My CU said it would be there in a few days. I told them no rush since I don't take delivery until March 25-31.

Well, my bank already sent the check to Tesla for my loan. I don't have a delivery date set yet, but VIN and "your car is on a truck" from my SA. Wonder what happens if I don't get my car.

I think the Oct-Dec orders firing squad is too busy driving their new cars to care.

I took my dad out for a ride in my MX 90D and stomped it over and over again. He's in his 70s and after 3 or 4 runs he was like "ok ok, you've proved your point". LOL. My kids were in the back seat and screaming/laughing the whole time.

Call your delivery location and enter the buttons for sales/delivery. I got someone local on the delivery team to move everything along - closed out the insurance proof and setup the payment stuff for me.

I have a VIN and did call my local SC where I'm supposed to pickup. The SA I talked to there (since mine refuses to answer msgs) said they were waiting on my car on a truck to reach Chicago before setting up delivery. I'm in Indianapolis area so that seemed logical to me. I'm good with that...

I just said I was stuck at the insurance screen (uploaded proof) without the mvpa. She moved it all along for me. Sent a few emails to me about financing and stuff too. Great customer service for the first time.

After calling the store I got the local SA to close my insurance task, issue mvpa, and let me make payment. Progress!
