I am on free trial too (got it after 2019.8.6 update). Nice feature but needs maturity. Having worked in ML, I can thoroughly appreciate the tech and am sure will get better. I note a psychological aspect with these things -- folks who have purchased/committed love it, and the others not much :).

On my trade-in the offer was mid-rake of KBB (the rep mentioned thats the guideline they use). Took it to carmax and surprisingly got a nice offer. Took the appraisal to Tesla and they matched it. Tried selling private snd didn't see movement :(. In my case tesla trade-in worked out the best.

Update on this order. Decided to to move up to MR -- extra range, garage door opener and streaming audio changed my heart... Got matched almost immediately and was assigned delivery next week.

New to this forum. Ordered SR+ black/black and no options on 28Feb. No movement yet. Called them regarding trade-in and was asked to complete trade-in info after VIN is assigned.
