You have a couple of options with formatting to FAT32 in Windows. You can run and format the drive using powershell. Depending on how large the drive is this can take quite awhile. You can also us e a 3rd party partition tool to format it to FAT32. On Windows you can not just run FORMAT because...

Thanks man! It is called "turbine grey". I guess it is the same as the grey wheels from the Model S. I love the color combo with my all black look. I was wanted to break up the all black and add a bit if offset color to the look of the car.
