Rear motor failure (on a trip out of town)

I have M3P. Rear drive failed after 1000 miles. Took a week to diagnose and another week to repair. I was without a loaner for a few days because they wanted to make sure it was something under factory warranty! The car was filthy when I picked it up. Tesla service is terrible. They need...

    Wheel Well Soundproofing

I contacted Dynamat about sound deadening of Model 3. They said wheel well Dynamat Xtreme helps with...

    Front License Plate Frame

Debated with myself a long time whether or not to place a front license plate. Kind of bland looking front end without yet the Model 3’s I have seen with unembellished front plate did not look right either. I came to the conclusion that an appropriated license plate frame was needed. There a a...

    PG&E rate schedule

Thank you. I will be in tier 1 in E-1 for 2700kW at 21 cents per kW if I keep E-1. When I run the PGE Tools is says I'll pay the same yearly with E-1 as EV-a. It seems however that with EV-A I can get energy at 12 cents per kW and also set my well and pool pumps to run during those low rates...

Lights in house flicker while charging new Model 3

I have the same flicker issue only with certain LED bulbs in our kitchen. I turn down the charging amps on the Model 3 to 15 amps then no flicker. I had similar flicker in LED bulbs with old dimmers Replaced with new dimmers and flicker stopped.

    PG&E rate schedule

I have Tesla solar panels and am grandfathered into PG&E E-1 tiered rate plan. Now I own a Model 3. I overproduced about 1700 kW per year before the Model 3 and calculate the Model 3 will use 4000 kWh. So 2300 kW per year at tier 1 E-1 rate. My question is would I be better off signing up...
