Maybe the other round for me - I've almost had someone take out the falcon wing doors. They decided to reverse into a space whilst they were closing. Fortunately I stopped them closing in time. Funny thing was that when they got out they banged their heads on the semi-closed doors o_O

Who did you extend with? I’ve only come across one company at around £3k for 3 years if I recall correctly. I’ve had a number of issues with mine including replacement of AC unit, squeaky suspension, issues with autopilot requiring camera replacement.

The frequency of the on/off vibration varies with speed (higher the faster you go) and almost becomes a permanent vibration at 100+. It’s not heavy and quite mild. I’ll check at my local tyre shop when I’m back in the UK for alignment or imbalance in the tyres.

TBH it's not a big deal and as others have mentioned that Spotify was a little patchy and I rarely used the satellite view. The only thing that I'm not sure about is the real-time traffic and if premium connectivity will re-route based on bad traffic. It's only £10/month...as is my Netflix...

I get your point regarding what was included at point of order, but my argument would be the car came with premium connectivity and there is no mention of it being only limited to a year on the order.

I don't have these details as it was an inventory car, only the invoice. The spec attached is not my car but was from a list of cars that were given as an option - these were the details that I only ever saw and they are mirrored on my invoice.

Shame as Halfords currently have the Thule Xpress for the tow hitch for £54.99. Took it out this weekend with a couple of bikes and works great. Downside is that you need to remove bikes before the boot can be opened - but I’m guessing this is the case with most bike racks.

Get some RainX and apply to the windscreen first just in case you get caught out in the rain. Hopefully they’ll expedite the issue given the seriousness of the problem.

I should add that on the chargemap map you can see what cards will work on charge points. NewMotion (Shell) seem to be pretty widely accepted. How did you go about ordering one? I think more cards the better.

I’d hope so. I’ve got a spare EVSE that so far has worked with Tesla, Leaf, i3 so I presume the Tesla UMC will work with any car with a type2 port.

I’m not sure if it’s been mentioned before but the gen2 UMC ignores polarity on the Neutral and Live pins so no need for a polarity switcher cable.

Amazon seems to be flooded with pads for Model 3. I’ll have to check the dimensions of the positioning hole to see if it is MX compatible. I’m aware that they are nothing special, just don’t want the tyre shop to damage the battery. Maybe I’ll just get some pucks and help out.
