I had couple of issues with mine and TESLA fixed every single one. If they refused to fix it then you can escalate, at least give them a chance.

I read it takes days for Autopilot to caliberate. Mine definetly took 3-4 weeks before it could smoothly change lanes.

in md when you trade the car at the time of new purchase, you only pay tax on the difference. if CA is the same way, if you sell to third party you will lose the tax credit.

just enjoy the car, That was the price when you bought the car and got the features that you ordered. Other manufactures do this ALL the time , tesla changes the prices, others call it "factory incentive." That was the price then, this is the price now.
