HV battery failed, was replaced, failed again 2 weeks later - thoughts?

We were awarded a new car, but Tesla refused to give us one. I threatened to sue them and they finally gave in, but we went back and forth for 2 months. This whole experience has caused me to go back to an ice car. Who knows if the new model x battery will fail and what they will replace it with...

This issue is common and Happened to me on my 2019 model x. Rockville service center were terrible on giving me status updates. 12 volt battery needs replacing

It is sad that the main battery pack goes out after two years and 17k miles. That should not happen. I'm checking with them about it, but they are telling me that I'm not the only one in this situation. Going on 50 days with no eta.

    12 volt battery needs replacing

At first they used the chip shortage as the excuse and I called them out and told them there are no chips in these batteries. I don't know exactly why they are taking so long, but this is something they should have in inventory since it is a known issue. We are going on 45 days with no ETA other...

    12 volt battery needs replacing

I think the Model 3 battery is a lot easier to get to versus the S and X. They are telling me it is a high voltage battery and Tesla Tech is the only one that can replace it. I think b/c it is hidden in the Frunk.

    12 volt battery needs replacing

I couldn't believe that they didn't have a 12 volt battery since this is a well known issue for the X and S, but they said they don't store batteries and it has to be shipped for the west coast. The car is dead and won't start. It had to be towed to Rockville service center. They are telling me...

    12 volt battery needs replacing

Tesla (Rockville Service Center) continues to wait for the battery to be available. No ETA or confirmation that I will even get a battery. Going on 45 days now with service center staff that are rude and have an attitude b/c I ask for an ETA on a weekly basis. No escalation path and no one from...

That is just sad. The worst part of all this is that they have no clue when they are getting a battery.

    12 volt battery needs replacing

Are there any options to escalate the problem? The service center reps tell me there is nothing they can do. I requested a call from their manager, but haven't heard anything for two weeks. Any suggestions and thoughts would be appreciated. It is very frustrating dealing with these guys.

My 12 volt battery went out on my model x and the car completely died. Had to be towed to Tesla Rockville Service center.
