Two new 80A J1772 stations in Kirkland!

My employer, Nytec, an engineering consulting firm, is constructing a new building at 416 6th Street S in Kirkland, WA. Although the building is not yet complete, we have two new Clipper Creek CS-100 units that are now operational and open for public use! They are located in the west parking lot...

    Fantastic news for ALASKA!

I heard of this some time back from some Service Center employees here in the lesser-48, but it's terrific to see this on the TMInc website: Anchorage | Tesla Motors (don't know when it appeared, but it's great that it shouldn't be long now!

EV access to HOV lanes in Washington State?

I wonder if anyone can answer why a motorcycle is allowed to use the WA state HOV lanes but a TMS is not. Seems very wrong. A motorcycle is not a high occupancy vehicle.

    Seattle to Santa Barbara Roadtrip

Going to be taking my 60 from Seattle to Santa Barbara around the new year. Fairly confident about the Seattle to Grant Pass leg. Fairly confident about the Folsom to Santa Barbara leg. Less confident about the Grants Pass to Folsom part. It's been a while since I've travelled that part of...

    Seattle/SFO Tesla vacation swap?

My wife and I are visiting Seattle 12/19-12/22. Unfortunately, the nature of the trip is to attend a memorial service. Wondering if any local owners would like to arrange a weekend swap. The next time you are in SFO, I'd loan you my P85 for an equal amount of time. My car is mint, no dings or...

Any place to charge in Walla Walla?

I'm planning to drive my MS from Seattle out to Walla Walla first weekend in May. I'll charge up at my place in Ellensburg, or maybe try the new Supercharger there, but will need a full charge while in Walla Walla to make it back. On the recargo map I see the Nissan dealer (which I hear doesn't...

A 900+ mile visit to the WA and OR Superchargers

I-5 was recently covered with Superchargers. But there are still several of them in WA and OR that I have not seen. I have a...

Portland/Eugene Reus group buy... gauging interest.

I understand that they'll send out an installer to do several cars at once and the owners would then split his travel costs. Hi folks. I just heard about a guy in the Seattle area (friend of a friend) who is on the fence about Model S. I believe he's in Redmond. Would any of you be interested in helping to nudge a BMW 5-series driver in the right direction? If so, PM me and I'll see if I can broker a meet-up. Thanks!

Which All-Season Tire For Seattle Area?

I'd like to find one tire that can work the whole year round. mostly we just get wet here in the winter, not much snow, so it feels like snow tires are unnecessary, burn through quick and swapping tires out twice a year is a drag. On occasion we do get ice and nothing short of putting chains...

Need recommendation for an XPEL installer in the Portland, Oregon area

Best shop for "paint correction" in Portland, OR? I hit the finalize button and am creating a list of things to be done. First on that list is I'd like to have the P85 delivered straight to an experienced detail shop in or around Portland, Oregon. Who's considered the "best"?

So you need a 220 volt outlet installed...here's what I found

If you bought this car you probably have a few assets, e.g. nice house, cars etc. Unfortunately I've had contractors try to charge me more because of this apparent affluence. This was especially funny when they would quote a price on the phone and actually increase it when they saw the house...

For those who have had MS since last winter, I got a question. I have mine since mid summer and I've been averaging around 300-320wh/mile during regular commute. ever since temperature stared to go around 50ish, energy usage had increased to around 320-350 for the same drive. No Extended Warranty in WA?

While I am waiting for my car I am starting to think about services. I met an MS owner here in WA that said you can't purchase the extended Warranty in the state. Is that true? Is that worrisome? Do we think there will be an option in < 4 years that lets us do so?

I need to head to the TriCities area in the next 10 days or so to pick up some wine grapes. The charging situation at Yakima is rather bleak. Recargo lists only the Nissan dealer and a truck stop at Union Gap. There are RV parks, but no reports of use. And, if a person does not have dual chargers, the Ellensburg Roadster HPC is not of much value. Of course, Ellensburg Superchargers...
