    (A hopeful) Beginner's Guide to Wheels/Tires

The 8 year dream of owning a Tesla is finally coming to fruition, and I'm awaiting delivery of a Model 3 Performance. I then realized I don't know the first thing about wheels/tires. I know that range for the stock tires and wheel sets (at least the previous iteration) suffered as you...

Model S 21" Staggered - Michelin Pilot Sport All Season Tires

Came across what looks like a new option to now have all season tires on the Model S 21" staggered setup. Does anyone have any experience yet with these?

Michelin Cross Climate for Model X?

Like a lot of folks, I am less than pleased with the OEM Continental tires on the Model X. I will need new tires by the end of the summer and am thinking about Michelin Cross Climate tires. These would be for 3 season use since I have dedicated snow tires for winter. I believe this is a...

I am selling a full set of 4, basically new OEM tires, Michelin Primacy MXM4 235/45/18 tires, with only 30 miles of use. The only use is going home from the dealership and to my local tire shop the very next day for removal. I just wanted a more summery tire living in Phoenix. These are the...

Model 3 19" Wheel All Season Tyre Suggestions

New Model 3 RWD owner here. I've never had a RWD car before and I'm a bit paranoid about the winter. I live down in Surrey so not talking constant snow but we do get cold and we also do get the occasional accumulation. I'd like to get a good pair of all-season tyres (instead of dedicated winter...

Black 19" Model S wheel with tires set

Winter is coming!! You know what that means. Precondition your Tesla's and swap out your summer tires or spice up your regular tires! I have a set of BEAUTIFUL black Tesla wheels with BRAND NEW TIRES for sale. They are just like the regular Tesla OEM 19" spoke wheels but coated in black. They...

Do 19" Wheels Come with All Season Tires?

I have searched the forum, however, I can't find a definitive answer. I just changed my order on LR AWD to 19" wheels. I am assuming that they come with All season tires. Does anybody know what tires come with the 19" wheel.

Sept 2016 delivery 19 inch stock tires or snow tires?

hi everyone! I have a September 2016 delivery model s and was wondering if the all seasons on it were adequate in the snow. We had our first southwestern Pennsylvania snow and it seemed to do pretty well. Would I be foolish to ride out winter with the stock tires? I've seen many opinions on...

    All-Season Tires for Model S

What are some of the best rated, highly recommended all-season tires for a Model S with the basic 19" rims? I'm not looking to race, but I'd like quiet tires with good traction which can handle Philly winters. I've searched around and see a lot of content on winter, summer tires, but not...

    Tire sizes

I have 20 inch OEM wheels and tires. I see a lot of folks talk about 265 front tires. I have Michelin summer tires and the fronts are 255 which matches the label in drivers door. I wonder if they supplied different front tire sizes for summer vs all season?
