Heading to South Carolina for the eclipse. Where will you watch from?

My wife and I will be heading to Orangeburg SC (South Carolina) tomorrow, about 15 mins from Santee SC (Supercharger). The NWS weather report for Santee is currently showing mostly cloudy, so may move if weather satellite shows its clear nearby. If the weather holds, the Santee Supercharger...

Does anyone plan to road trip for the Aug 21st eclipse? Could be a major test for the network.

An estimated 200 million people living within a day's drive of the path. If there was ever a reason to road trip, this is it. I plan to drive from Chicago to Columbia, Missouri. The supercharger there is in the path of totality. I hope 1000 other owners don't have the same idea.

    Total Solar Eclipse - Aug 21, 2017

Who's making plans? I've got a campsite reserved in Idaho (alongside a bunch of my cousins) that is right in the path of totality. Anyone else have plans made yet? I'm looking forward to seeing the photos & hearing the stories.

The plan is currently set for Kuttawa, KY, where we would spend two nights at the hotel hosting the supercharger and very likely observe it there as well. The drive should be about 14...

Glendo Wyoming Charging For August 21 Eclipse

I will be traveling to Glendo from Cheyenne to see the eclipse 8/21/17 and return later that day. The round trip is 204mi and per EVTripPlanner my S85D would use 59kWh. I'm betting I won't be the only person driving I-25 that day and if I'm stuck in traffic it would be great to have some...
