    This doesn't make sense [complaint about inability to keep HW2.5 computer on upgrade]

    I recently purchased FSD and am getting the "complementary" hardware upgrade. I asked to keep the old computer, (I like stuff like that) and was told that the old computer is the property of Tesla and would be shipped back. WTF? I bought the car and presumably all the hardware inside it. Can...

    What's the Trick to Get the Hardware Upgrade?

    I paid big bucks for the advanced autodrive over six months ago. They said it would be enabled once I had the Level III hardware. "It's on order," they say. How do I get it installed? Who do I have to send flowers to? Who do I have to kidnap?
