old navigation

Hi everyone, so I know there is quite some controversy about v9. My biggest issue that's bothering me, is that I still seem to have the old NAV in my 2016 Model S (pre refresh) so I don't have the feature "Use HOV Lanes" for example. Are there any others out there with this problem? I saw one...
