parking sensor

Hi. My friend's model S (May 2018) got hit a little bit from the front. Nothing major, but one of the front parking sensor just fallen inside. Found this pdf on the Internet, so I will try to explain according to the numbers from this file...

My car had a brush with a bank today. Although the paint was only slightly scratched, the left-most rear parking sensor was displaced; I assume it was pushed into the bumper because it is still working (red indicator in that position on the instrument panel). I hope I can just push it back...
