safety inspection

When I have to leave my model y at a body shop for the safety inspection, which mode should I setup? Is valet mode sufficient usually for the safety inspection? Also is there any shops that’s been suggested for specifically Tesla vehicles inspection other than Canadian Tire in Vancouver?

I am due for a renewal of the safety inspection and wondering if anyone has used a particular place they can reccomend? I have never had an electric car safety inspection before, do they drive your car for this or just sit in it and work the horn/lights?
