trunk gap

I'm looking to buy this '22 MY used. Wondering if anyone has bought a used car and then brought to a SC to get something fixed. The gaps are on the left side of the trunk and also on the left side of the hatch opening. - Any issues with SC not fixing this? - Any issues with them making it...

I walked out my car and found this. The trunk hatch no longer is lined up with the glass. There is no damage and it is aligned everywhere else. Is this something with the shock? Tesla is saying it is not covered as it is an alignment issue. Does anyone know how to fix this?

So I noticed the passenger side of my trunk is shifted in a few mm more than the roof panel. The other side however is perfect. Think I should attempt to have Tesla adjust it or are they just gonna mess it up worse or cause a seal leak?
