And another surprise site. I'm assuming 6 V3s (though poster says 5) Spotted by Darren R on ToA FB. Think it's on Scallan St nr Allen Cr, basically north end of Woolworths carpark About 70km closer to Melbourne than Horsham, so provides an alternative to the 3 stalls in Horsham.

And another surprise Melbourne site (in the East). This time spotted under construction by Grant G on TM3Y FB group. At the Como Centre. Reportedly 4 stalls. Appears that the carpark doesn't have any free parking allowance...
