The actual payment is $764. Lease-trader just automatically applies any cash incentives to the monthly payment. You’re free to apply the cash to the car or delicious meatball sandwiches, if you wish.

Also, there is no requirement to go through Lease-Trader for the transfer. Tesla leasing can do everything.

Regarding LeaseTrader:

This is the first time i have ever been in a situation to transfer a lease and figured it couldn’t hurt to try them; and I’ve had nothing but issues with them. They are, however, completely unnecessary in the process. If you want to explore further, just reach out to Tesla leasing at 1-844-837-5285 and reference the last 6 of the VIN
and they can tell you what’s involved in the process. DM me if interested and I’ll provide the info they need.

Hope this helps your prospects. As someone who's leasing a stealth P3, this is a pretty sweet payment. I'm paying $900/mo for a lesser car (albeit at 15k mile allowance and 2-year lease).

Yeah, i put a big down payment in to help get the monthly down. Somebody else’s gain. I clearly need to go to money school and learn about money stuff.

If you were just “testing the EV waters” why did you put down a large down payment?

If you’re just gonna go buy another one your better off just riding out this one. Could be better options 2 years from now.

I guess I must have hit a nerve. I knew something was up. Why be that upset when I give sound advice to keep it. Assuming everything you said was true and it’s the whole story.

Big down payment, one month later, wants to dump lease to purchase the same car. Scratching my head. It doesn’t mean it’s a bad deal. I just like to understand the reasoning.

I was told that they are keeping all leased M3s to build the auto-taxi fleet, so only lease transfers for now, unfortunately. Bummer to think that this car is destined to be a robot
