“Park assist unavailable” plus outdoor temperatures blank

Since last week, I get continuous message “park assist unavailable” on the front dash and red exclamation on the big screen. Made sure car is clean, all sensors and cameras clean.

Also noticed outdoor temperature on dashboard shows “—“ two dashes. Not sure what went wrong.

Outdoor temp is in the front bumper, and so are the front park assist sensors. It sounds like something is unplugged up there.

Dropped car off to service center, they said mouse ate the wire. I laughed at them and apparently he wasn’t joking !

How did he know it was a mouse? (And not a chipmunk, rat, squirrel, or other varmint?)
