Your OP is missing a lot of context that readers have to fill in on their own. It would have been better if you had written up your entire thought rather than simply posting a link and a picture.


Moving to the topic at hand; the MotorTrend article is pretty clear that they were only looking at a specific type of vehicle. MT even called this out right at the beginning:

they further define the parameters for their list here:

To you maybe. Instant torque and quick acceleration is something I enjoy using frequently, and one of the things that drew a gearhead like me (Corvette, Porsche, BMW, Audi) to Tesla.

Not true. I have pulled on street bikes over 120 kms/hr and had to shut down. But still pulling hard.
