1 x NEMA-14-50 corded mobile connector (with 20’ cable)

My NEMA-14-50 cord starting flashing red when I just plug it into the outlet, I don't get a chance to even plug it into the vehicle.

Hi Macx,

The older mobile connectors were for 40 Amps and had a red reset button on the back... (Gen 1)
The current versions are 32 Amps and no longer have the reset button. (Gen 2)

The owners manual for these chargers is in the touchscreen of your car...
Check it out...

Count the number of red flashes - they are a diagnostic code that will point you to the problem
in the owner's manual.

The number is from the HPWC manual but the charging people should help you...
