not yet, only in dutch and russian, but the pictures are the same, only the language is different.

It might be a production target or something. Maybe they get a bonus if they make 10,000 Model S before date X. I think it's a safe bet it doesn't mean they've produced that many.

Pretty sure that the sign says "Model 8", not "Model S." Either way, given that they asked me to configure in August my sub-400-waiting-list Tesla S for November delivery (I haven't configured yet), I would say there is no chance they have manufactured an addition 9600+ cars as of the making of that video.

I saw that sign as well when I was watching the entire video. I think it's a production goal and maybe an incentive (ie., bonuses for employees?).
