10/16/18 Is LTE out?

On my drive to work today, my LTE connection was not working no matter how many times I rebooted. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Odd, same with me. Started my commute with streaming, then about 5 minutes in, it stopped. Got to my destination and rebooted but nothing happened. Had to catch a train.

Yes my car would not wake remotely and when I went to check, there was no LTE connection. Actually the same thing happened on Sunday morning very briefly but it came back.

Same issue here. I posted it about it on Reddit. The issue has persisted for over 2 hours for me. The app won’t connect to the car even when I’m sitting inside of it. The LTE inside the car shows an in and out connection, with nothing working such as music streaming.

Good to know I'm not the only one! Already spent 30 minutes with support on the phone troubleshooting, but failed to get it to connect in the end. Sounds like something much wider then just my car.

Same here. Had LTE connection yesterday, now it’s gone (v.39.6). Ugh!

Same in Minneapolis- last communication from app was 3:12am CST this morning, hasn’t worked since.

Same here - started last night. Won’t connect even in car. Shut off WiFi to see if that helped. Popped on for about a minute then lost it again. Model 3 39.6

AT&T had a fire in their Richardson, TX facility yesterday, knocking out internet and cell service to a huge chunk of north Texas. I'm not surprised that the service in both our Teslas keeps cutting in and out this morning but I'm surprised that people elsewhere are having problems.
