10.2 software update radio not working

I can’t hear the sound on my radio but I can hear the other Tunein Stations or podcasts and I can hear music from my phone. How do I fix this on my Model 3

And if that doesn't solve the problem, double-check you are tuned to a known, local FM station. If still no sound, I'd set up an appointment with service and have them look at it. Could be something as simple as a cable coming loose or the radio module itself is defective and requires replacement. Either way it should be covered under warranty (assuming you're under the 50K mile limit) so if you get a non-$0 estimate of the work, disregard the price and don't sign the estimate.

Note that this also assumes that you haven't done something to the radio system that may be deemed by service as causing the problem. There's not much information on your problem in your two sentences for us to say definitively.
