100D Scratches and Flacon Wing Door Noises

My family just got our 100D yesterday. Love it so far. Though after a few hours noticed a few issues. There are scratches on the passage side third row seat's headrest. Didn't notice because the deliver specialist folded done the third row during delivery. Also noticed that the driver side falcon wing door when opening and closing makes a noise. It's a bit annoying to have a brand new car and already have to call the service center. Also noticed where the noise is coming from the hinge is a different color(bluish) then the other three. I know plenty of people have had quality issues with their Model Xs. Thought most were ironed out by now. Anyone with these specific issues, and what do you recommend? Will try and upload video of sound.

The first scratch looks terrible. It should have been found during PDI. Service center will replace it with the new part.

The second one - this exactly looks the same as my FWD. Mine was left rear side hinge (passenger side, RHD).

Bad video, but yours seems to have white powder on the hinge, which my service advisor said coming from inside plastic part. In my case service center fixed the issue by adjusting the FWD hinges in one day. They picked up my car at the office and returned it fixed by the evening.
