I've never noticed any 110V outlets available at the Logan parking areas, but reading the other threads, this seems like a very low cost / high reward option. I've written to Massport suggesting it, but if anyone has an in there it might be something to mention. As others have pointed out, installing a bunch of 15A 110V outlets would be a lot cheaper than a few ChargePoint chargers as seems to be the current fashion and for trips lasting more than 3 or 4 days would likely accomplish the same thing.

I can't find any mention of electric vehicle charging in any of the offsite lots either.
