Well, in any case, I pulled that information off the listing, I'll just leave it as simple as "damaged wheel" and show them the picture! I want them to be pleasantly surprised when they get it though, the scratches and wheel are not actually as bad as the photos look (which was my goal!)... They may not replace the wheel, or may want to do their own style anyways...

I guess I got lucky or they had an extra wheel lying around that they wanted to get rid of and it matched what I had

I had to replace one of my cast wheels in 2011 before I switched over to forged. I paid $250 just for the wheel, no labor. The forged wheels are worth the extra money IMO because they don't get damaged as easily when you hit a pothole.

New one - #783 has forged wheels, current has cast ;(
