Hello guys!
Just bought tesla model S90D 2017 from USA(I am in Ukraine)
First few days I've noticed my cars interior temperature is always higher than outside(eg. outside is +5, and car is +16 in the morning).

All climate options are off, double checked.
And on third morning my car "died", no reaction on key whatsoever, so I called technicians, and they started my car with external 12v battery through a hood.
Cabin overheat protection was on, when this happened, my "service station" gave advice to turn it off.
HV battery was almost full at that moment.
But they haven't found any reason for 12v to be drained overnight. So they charged my 12v and returned car to me.
Now I am afraid of this situation could happen again:(
Help please!

How has it been the last few days with Cabin Overheat Protection off? Can you ask them to check the logs and the 12 V charge level? You can do this through the Tesla app.

Congrats on your car!
hello mate, it haven't discharged anymore(2+ weeks now), but few days ago "12v battery must be replaced" appeared so I'm going to change it.
You mean send a request to tesla service for logs? doubt they will check Ukraine car^^
