I know there have been bogus ads before... this ad has a VIN...

I think there have been some scammers copying other listings, and offering an absurdly low price.

The car appears to be in Portola Valley, CA... not in Texas.

I drove this car in Portola Valley last week. I have decided not to buy a Roadster right now and will wait for my Model S - however, this car was immaculate. It looked like the day it left the showroom. I think it is a great buy even at $80K.
