I have the ability to use Auto Steer > 55 on freeways now but surface street behavior is unchanged. Is this correct?

I missed 17.11.3 due to bring out of town so I want to make sure I've not missed a new feature as a result.

Correct! I got the latest firmware 17.11.10:

35 mph Enhanced Autopilot still exists on surface streets.

Around my town, in some stretches of freeways with posted limits of 65 and 55mph, EAP still restricts the speed down to 35 mph (not just for surface streets) .

At least you can still use it. Some of us lost all the driver assist functions after the 8.1 update.
