Had this pushed to my MS a few days ago while it was at the SuC.
No AEB, which was a surprise given that 17.11.45 has AEB. Am assuming that 17.16 is newer than 17.11?
Have noticed that motorway AP is generally smoother, i.e. when approaching a slower car from behind or taking a corner (less steering adjustments) although still has challenges with tighter curves and trucks. Only 2 random braking events in 30 miles and both times the effect was hardly noticable unlike earlier versions.
This is of course all subjective and could just be because of environmental factors (dry, well lit road, clear lines).
Local road AP is just as bad as with earlier FW. No improvement here.
Had a couple of wierd moments with the ultrasonics. Was in a queue of traffic when they briefly went red on the front LH and RH side of the car, but nothing in the middle. Wondering if that was some reflection effect from the car in front?
