Yeah, the "cracked paint" is just paint over seam sealer. It's been beaten to death on reddit, there is nothing to fix there. Totally normal. The seam sealer is still doing its job, but shrinks after it is painted over.

Oh I totally agree don’t let SC touch it unless it’s serious. For scuff I buff it out myself. I wasn’t implying SC could do it easy breezing. They will buff out the front and scratch the back worse.
For visible chips (all doors closed) not sure what I’d do. Might try touch up kit first but then you void them fixing it.
