I tried to get the discount, but the option was not in my account! I started contacting Tesla about week before price hike to have it fixed in my account. It got fixed on Thursday! at $5,000
Got email response from support a week and a half later saying my account was fixed and HW3 May or may not be included, they were evaluating it.
Sent many follow up emails to different contacts I had made with no response as of yet.
Who can we contact about disputes? And who has any authority? Sales/Service/Customer Support do not have any value at getting anything done.
