2:18 today EMS Broadcast test

If you have not experenced the EMS broadcast alert in your car, you might want to listen to it.

I was driving down the highway a while back and the system went off on my phone which transfers the alert tones in your car through the entire sound system which is LOUD, not just the one speaker. It was definitely a WTF moment, I was looking at all my display's wondering, "Is this the your battery is on fire! get out of the car NOW!" alert.

It wasn't funny at the moment but is is now. I had the PUP Radio turned up but it was like turned up to "11" with that tone.

I thought you may want to listen to it, knowing that it's coming instead of "SURPRISE"

I got an amber alert on my phone while driving and I nearly let go of the wheel! Good thing I was using AP. Only thing is that now my wife wants me to turn off my phone before we get in the car, just in case it happens again.

Cruising down I-90 at 85 mph on AP this summer when the alert came on. Slammed on the brakes and veered onto the shoulder. Had no idea what was happening. Took awhile to catch my breath.
