20" referral wheels curb rash. Gah. What color?

I have the 20" model 3 referral wheels and yesterday got my first slight curb rash. I've never cared about fixing wheels before but I gotta do something to these. Should I just buff the rim with some mild sandpaper? Paint? If paint, how do I find the right color match for these satiny gunmetal wheels?
