I don't think there are many of us, but I drive 1,000 miles a week. I passed the 200,000 mileage point, so I thought I would share info on my small worn-out 60 battery.

You know the Moon is 239,000 miles away. That strikes me as a worthwhile mileage goal.

Definitely not. Degradation is explicitly excluded from the warranty. They replace battery packs that have defects like some cells going bad causing the entire pack to have serious problems. But degradation over time and use is not covered. Why should it be. Everything wears out over time and use.
