$200 deductible on extended service plan?

Hello all. Please forgive what might be a stupid question. I bought my Model S nearly 6 years ago and I purchased the extended service plan offered at that time that extended coverage to 8 years. I need some service on my car now (replace some alacantra and perhaps some A/C vents) and I'm told that while the items are covered under the extended warranty, there is a $200 deductible that I have to pay out of pocket. Is that correct? I don't recall there being any deductible.

Yes. They recently (~last year or so) started charging this 200. Previously, they did not. However, it is in the contract.

No deductible is mentioned in the current Extended Service Agreement.

If you search your old emails, you may find the email that has your service agreement spelled out. Depending on that agreement there may be a deductible included.

Also that’s $200 per visit, not per issue.
