I was thinking that surely this was not correct. Multiple sites have this exact "window sticker" showing that a trailer hitch is factory installed. I wonder if the original post was on Twitter?

I’d also like to know the value of ceramic brakes..? Can’t they just torque the regen so that the car recharges more? I thought Elon talked of doing away with disc brakes.

Unless EU has wildly different crash standards and a much reduced warranty, a hitch in the US for the model S would make big bucks. I am skeptical that Tesla would warranty the suspension, drivetrain and battery for as long pulling a trailer, and if crash testing has been done, I can't imagine Tesla missing out on making this available in US -- not even standard as apparently it is in EU.
