In the VDS there is an information screen which also lists a VIN and Build Date ... what does it say ?

It looks like the installed glove box is possibly a custom install from Al & Ed's? I've seen it a few times before on several Roadster 1.5's.

Thanks for the link! I found Mr. Neumann on FB this morning and sent him a message to see if it's the same car.

Established contact with the PO. Primary driver was Mr. Neuman's wife. Excellent report on the car and it sounds like it went very quickly from Tesla trade to Texas Auto Direct. Can't wait.

It sounds like Texas Auto Direct is getting quite a few Tesla trades to sell so hopefully they will be able to find something for you.

It's not my car for sale, but it looks really good. I'd recommend contacting the owner for verification. The pricing is low, but not terribly unrealistic. There have been sales of '08s at $50k even. Another founders series car just went for $55k...

I got three when I purchased my used, CPO Roadster.

Two normal keys and a valet key.

I saw all 3 when I bought the car in Texas. They only gave two keys to the shipper for some reason....

I am the second owner of #425. It seems I did not get the valet key. Bought mine from a BMW dealer in Sarasota FL and was not able to get in touch with the previous owner. I asked the sales guy for contact info but he ignored my request. Oh well, no big deal. I do everything I can to avoid having a valet drive my cars.
