2008 Vin #314 with only 429 miles

The first Tesla's that came out had a problem with the transmission so this one hasn't gotten it replaced yet

What's wrong with it?

I doubt that. I think they got the 1.5 drive-train into production well before #314.

Also, rumor is that basically every last one of the "1.0s" got retrofitted long ago.

Yeah it was only the first 50 or so. And TTBOMK they were ALL updated. Remember Tesla knows where all the cars are. (even if the 1.5 model had no transmitting GPS)
