I'm going to tap into the passenger side kick panel fuse location. Using a double fuse tap. Also to answer the question. The laptop is a HP Omen gaming laptop.

So an update to this post. I installed a 750w inverter on the front passenger fuse panel. It was a simple task minus the interior trim panels. This setup will be temporary. Right now my work has us sitting in the parking lot. Only being called when needed. Once my job is back to normal, I'll remove the setup. I also installed a Ohmmu battery. Glad I did as my AGM battery had buldged out on one side. Not sure if that is common or the battery came like that.
